![]() Hey UBCers! Welcome back!! I'm so glad to be able to participate this month, and I hope I will be able blog with you guys all month long. The last time, I had Internet woes, and once I lose momentum, it's hard to get it back. This time, I'm participating with a different blog and will be interested to see if I get any better results than I have for the past few challenges I've done. But no matter what happens with my blog stats, it will be great to hang out with you guys again. Meet JeanineOh, who am I? If we haven't yet met, it's nice to meet you! I'm Jeanine. I'm a transformation coach and an intuitive self-care healer. I like to help women use simple, self-care practices to create daily cozy moments of happiness. The kind of happiness you might feel while watching a Hallmark Christmas movie. And if gentle healing is needed, we sneak it into the self-care ritual. Okay, now you - tell me all about yourself. :) See you tomorrow! Love, Jeanine

We're back.....is it poltergeist time?!?!? LOL! Glad to see you back.....Not only are we doing this challenge but we started our marathon training today, well the first day is technically a rest day, and we start tomorrow. But we did start our Doga 100 Day Challenge- with our Seated Breathing pose on Instagram. Anyone who well breathes can do it and of course I include my best furry friends into each and every pose, and will have modifications as we explore 100 poses over the next 100 Days- ending February 9th and our marathon training will be over as we do our marathon on February 13 or 14th......15 weeks oh my! As far as the Christmas hallmark movies- ok, I get that we need more holiday cheer with world events going on now but starting the holiday celebration before Halloween is ridiculous no??!?!? Although my Dad always said my birthday was to celebrated the whole week (I think it was really because he couldn't remember the exact day of my birthday but for years he extended my day to the whole week...was my Dad just ahead of the times!?!?!?) Ok, glad to see you back- and break out the hot chocolate and candycanes to mix the hot chocolate!!

Hi, Pamela! Good to see you, too!! And thanks. Well, I can definitely understand your point about Christmas before Halloween. But personally, I could watch Hallmark Christmas movies all year long. Have you seen that Hallmark commercial? They show a bunch of kids running and yelling up to a door and then they knock and yell, "Trick or Treat!" But when the door opens, you see a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations. And the person who opens the door says, "Merry Christmas!" Then you her the announcer say, "here, at Hallmark, we like to celebrate Halloween a little differently!" ;)

I simply love the concept of living the Hallmark Christmas life. I think when we think about the Christmas spirit and all people caring about each other. That’s what we should feel every day throughout the year. Compassion, caring, nurturing ourselves and one another are needed in this world especially now. I look forward to following you and the other bloggers in the UBC. I have never been able to follow through for the whole month but hope to this month. 11/1/2021 10:42:58 am
Hi, Cheryl! I know exactly what you mean. It's like the Christmas spirit and Christmas cheer are in the air. People are nicer, happier. If only everyone could feel that way all year long. But I believe those of us who love Hallmark Christmas movies & are sad when the season ends, are actually on a quest to do just that, whether they know it or not. ;) 11/1/2021 05:27:08 am
I have said over and over again I am sort of living on the set of a Hallmark Movie right now. I even have created a plot line and see characters from said movie constantly. Makes me laugh. I could also watch Hallmark Christmas (and all their movies!) 365 Days a Year... but the Christmas movies are definitely their forte! :-)

Sounds great, Kate. And the good news is, we get to do that every time we wake up. Or in any moment we make that choice!
